Flexitank RMA Form

Your FlexiTank warranty covers all manufacturers defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. Submit one (1) form for each tank. Please note making repairs to the tank will void the warranty.

Our RMA Department will e-mail you within 1-3 business days of submitting the RMA form. At this point we will ask for photo(s) of the problematic area IN ADDITION TO photo(s) of the bottom of the tank, the bottom of your tank poles and your proof of purchase. These photos are required to process your RMA.
