Grassroots Living Soil Fabric Pot with Handles
These premium Grassroots Living Soil Fabric Pots offer a high-performance alternative to traditional plastic or ceramic containers and pair exceptionally well with AutoPot sub-irrigation systems.
Constructed from durable, American-made geotextile fabric with two sturdy handles, these pots are designed to create a healthier root environment by increasing airflow through the container walls. This promotes natural air pruning, prevents root circling, and helps regulate soil temperature, allowing plants to develop stronger and more efficient root systems.
Each pot features a specialized internal liner that helps balance moisture retention with proper drying cycles. The waterproof liner extends 8 inches down from the pot rim, including the interior brown strip, helping maintain consistent moisture levels in the upper portion of the soil profile while still allowing the lower root zone to wick water effectively from the AutoPot tray.
A bottom aeration strip keeps the lower portion of the pot breathable, encouraging natural top-down drying and creating an ideal environment for beneficial microbes commonly found in living soil and biologically active substrates.
Standing 18 inches tall, these pots provide generous root volume and excellent vertical soil structure, making them particularly well suited for living soil growers and those running organic or microbially active growing methods.
By combining the natural advantages of breathable fabric containers with a carefully designed moisture control liner, Grassroots Living Soil Fabric Pots deliver a balanced root environment where plants receive consistent moisture, excellent oxygen availability, and the soil biology needed for vigorous growth.
Extremely durable and reusable, the Grassroots 13 gal Living Soil Fabric Pots are easily cleaned between uses if desired. Once emptied, the Grassroots Living Soil pots are best left to dry. After a few days any dust and small roots are easily brushed off.
When growing in AutoPot Watering Systems it is essential that a PotSock XXL (PotSock not included) be fitted to the base of each fabric pot to provide root control.
Room humidity may be increased when growing with multiple fabric pots indoors due to the exposed surface of the fabric pots.
