The easy2grow can be used to grow a wide variety of crops and is ideally suited to either short, bushy varieties like herbs or strawberries, or tall growing vine plants, where multiple kits can be placed end on end in a garden, greenhouse or poly- tunnel.
A wide range of growing substrates can be used with the easy2grow system, either traditionally with soil or hydroponically. Low maintenance, reliable and automated; the easy2grow system allows gardeners to relax, go away on holiday and still be sure of healthy plants and bumper harvests.
The easy2grow System is easily extended so many pots can be linked to a single reservoir. Please see examples of typical layouts using 1/4″ pipe or 1/2″ pipe in the image gallery. The pots & trays can be easily moved at will, if the plants grow too large they can be spaced further apart with ease. Once set up and a reservoir is filled with water & mineral liquid feed this extremely versatile system will completely take care of all your plant’s needs.
Which FlexiTank Reservoir Filter Should You Choose?
Pro Filter Vs Standard Filter
The Pro Filter Click Fit Tank Adapter and Filter is designed to be used with all sizes of FlexiTank and FlexiTank Pro. It introduces growers everywhere to the levels of adjustability and customization favored by commercial facilities. Different filter inserts can be used providing the grower with different micron options depending on their growing demands and it comes with a 120 micron filter. Whilst professional growers demand precision they also require products that are durable, reliable and easy to maintain. The Pro Filter was designed with these qualities in mind. The Pro Filter has a larger, drum-shaped filter area and a higher micron element for added protection against blockages. Its larger size makes dismantling and cleaning simple.
The Standard Click Fit Tank Adapter and Filter is designed to be used with all sizes of FlexiTank and FlexiTank Pro. It comes with a 70 micron filter. It is simply pushed onto the tap provided. It has a 1/2″ filter incorporated along its length to filter the water before it travels along the pipes. This fitting allows the user to push 1/2″ pipe onto the male end of the adapter. The filter is easily disassembled and cleaned.
If you do not want to use a drainage layer of clay pebbles, hydroton or perlite No3 at the bottom of your pot, consider adding AirBases.
If you want to add extra oxygen to your root zone, consider adding AirDomes.
